In Florida, Termite protection starts with the building of the home when they do a 'pre-construction' or slab-spray treatment of the new soil that the home will be built or placed on.

Most companies use the bare minimum required for these treatments and they only last about 6 months.
After this it’s on the homeowner to keep up with Termite protection on their home whether they hire a company to do it or try to take on the task themselves. Watch out because most home insurance plans do not offer coverage for Termite damage.
Fun fact, did you know a single Termite colony can have as many as 5 million Termites in it, and they can do over $100,000 dollars of damage in a single year after finding your home!

Platinum Termite Plan
Tier-One:

Bait Stations - used to monitor termite colony activity that is most prevalent around building perimeters (spaced 10-20 ft apart)

This provides important information like where Termites are most prevalent around your home and what direction they are likely to continue swarming from so we can better prepare and protect your home for years to come.
Tier-Two:

Liquid Barrier Treatment – a Liquid Barrier Treatment places termiticide in the soil around your home, by injecting all around the building’s exterior foundation below the surface.

This liquid material will kill Termites that pass through the treated soil but is undetectable to the Termites and is meant to affect any Termites that slip past the Bait Stations range.

This is a tried and proven way to protect your home that has withstood the test of time and when this treatment is Done Right has over a 99% success rate for the life of the bond which is why we continue to perform these treatments with the improvements of Bait Stations to give us insights and an added layer of protection against the Termite threats near your home and on your property.
Warranties
Damage done by Termites is normally excluded under coverage by home insurance.

We feel so strongly about the protection our Platinum Termite Coverage gives that we include a $100,000 warranty to give you peace of mind about your home being protected.

Our warranty requires yearly inspections and re-treatments every 7 years. After initial treatment, yearly inspections will be billed annually, with the 7-year re-treatment year price being typically about half the price of the initial treatment.

The services can be eligible to be purchased individually, although we would recommend having additional Bait Stations if choosing to opt out of the Liquid Treatment, and neither stand-alone service gets the warranty. Instead the warranty is limited to spot treatment, so you do NOT get the $100,000 warranty offered with our Platinum Termite Plan.
