What is the Triple Barrier Protection? The Triple Barrier Protection consists of a perimeter spray along the base of the house paying close attention to spray all the crack and crevices as well as around all the doors and windows, followed by a granular spread treatment that covers from the house out 5-8 feet, and then a Bait Treatment at and around areas of concern. This provides an effective barrier of protection against common household pests without needing to come inside.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your pest control service, our experienced technicians are available to provide helpful advice and solutions, including free service calls if needed.
What is a trouble call? No system is perfect and occasionally things happen,regardless of how sometimes bugs will get inside without going through any of our three layers of protection. If this happens we offer free trouble calls to our quarterly customers where we come out and do either an inside spray, bait, dust, or all of the above depending on the situation, whatever we have to do to get rid of your pest problem!
Should I have my inside sprayed every time on the quarterly plan? No, the whole reason Joe and Josh came up with and implemented the Triple Barrier we use today is because they didn't want to continue putting unnecessary products and chemicals inside people's homes, since there was a better way. They have been working on refining the system and now have a very successful, Quarterly Program that only needs inside sprayed on the rare occasion something slips past the barrier and has avoided all three layers of protection.

How long does a typical pest control treatment take? Typically to have our technician come do a Quarterly Treatment with our Triple Barrier only takes around 20 minutes.
Do you offer WDO's for VA Loans? Yes we offer WDO Inspections for all purposes including VA loans. We also give one free re-Inspection if we find anything on the home initially that would cause any issues with the loan and will work with you to find a solution to make sure it passes.
